Natural Gas of U.S. origin supplied through Sandcastle Energy is delivered through the various pipelines running throughout America. Our company's supplier has been in the energy business in America for over one hundred years, and is traded on the New York Stock Exchange. Our supplier is a multi-billion dollar company in terms of both annual revenue and overall assets. The metered pooling hubs, where delivery is completed and title transferred, span across the United States, but the most often utilized are located along the U.S. Gulf Coast and Eastern seaboard.

Liquefied Natural Gas - U.S. Origin

Liquefied Natural Gas of U.S. origin, supplied through Sandcastle Energy, can be delivered currently either via LNG trucking service to any location within the mainland United States, or by LNG carrier vessel to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands. Export of U.S. origin Natural Gas is currently available in a volume of up to 30,000 metric tons of LNG per month. The vessels can be chartered for any safe world port per the needs of a buyer. Payment for the LPG is required off the coast, or at the Port, of Rotterdam shortly after loading is completed. Gasoline products supplied through Sandcastle Energy are generally of U.S. origin, and delivered either on a CIF contract basis to any safe world port per the needs of a buyer or via pipeline. Our company's U.S. producers are generally refineries, with either ownership of, or access to, pipelines and terminals along the U.S. Gulf Coast and U.S. Eastern seaboard, and are multi-billion dollar companies in terms of both annual revenue and assets. Our company's Europe producer is likewise a refinery with both ownership of, and access to, pipelines and terminals at various ports in Europe, either directly or through subsidiaries.

Counterparty Initial Procedures:

All companies who propose to do business with Sandcastle Energy, or any of its subsidiaries, must follow the initial procedures set forth below. These procedures are intended to provide for our company’s ability to perform essential due diligence background research on new potential counterparties, and as such are a necessary first step in business transactions with the company.

1st Procedure:

Due Diligence Documents & Company Profile provided by the proposed buyer; (Initial documents shall include Articles of Organization or Incorporation of the proposed buyer, and certification of the company's tax identification number for the country of domicile, and a list by full name of all principal owners of the company.);

2nd Procedure:

If the proposed buyer is approved as a new potential counterparty after review of Due Diligence Documents, then a Soft Corporate Offer ("SCO") Information Letter will be issued to the buyer;

3rd Procedure:

Buyer issues a formal Letter of Intent ("LOI"), with a banking reference, confirming that the SCO terms are acceptable, subject to a final written contract;

4th Procedure:

In reply to the LOI, a Formal Meeting of the principal(s) of the proposed buyer and a principal of Sandcastle Energy is scheduled;

5th Procedure:

At the Formal Meeting of principals, the essential terms of a contract are discussed, Proof of Funds shall be provided by the proposed buyer for inspection, Product Documents shall be provided by Sandcastle Energy for inspection, and if both parties determine to proceed, then the parties jointly sign a Full Corporate Offer & Acceptance, before conclusion of the Formal Meeting, subject to a final written contract.
